緬甸D區(qū)塊“YAGYI-1井鉆井工程設(shè)計”
‘YAGYI-1 Well Drilling Engineering Design’ in Myanmar D block
該井位于位于緬甸伊洛瓦底盆地西緣D區(qū)塊中部Mahudaung構(gòu)造帶12號圈閉，設(shè)計井深5612m，屬于典型的“野貓子井”。該井設(shè)計難度很大：表層地層傾角大，需防斜；易井漏、氣竄嚴(yán)重，目的層地層壓力高達(dá)2.13，井控壓力大。技術(shù)服務(wù)部依靠高素質(zhì)的技術(shù)人才，利用先進(jìn)的鉆井軟件，獨自完成了該井設(shè)計任務(wù)，獲得了緬甸項目部的高度評價。
The well locates on the No. 12 entrap of Mahudaung structural belt in the central of western edge D Block of the Myanmar Irrawaddy basin, its design depth is 5612 meters which is typical ‘wildcat well’. The well has difficulties in designs: the surface layer’s dip is large needed for anti-deflection; the well is easy to leak with serious gas channeling, the target layer pressure is as high as 2.13, well control pressure is too large. Dependent on high-quality technical personnel, use of advanced drilling software, technical services department has independently completed the design task of the well, gained a high evaluation from Myanmar project department. |
