培訓(xùn)主要是以非學(xué)歷教育為主，以多層次、多種類的培訓(xùn)為重點(diǎn)，緊緊圍繞石油天然氣勘探開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)，逐漸形成了以油氣采輸、油氣集輸、鉆井、井控、安全防護(hù)、硫化氫防護(hù)等項(xiàng)目為主體的完備的培訓(xùn)體系。同時(shí)，我公司還與國內(nèi)知名的石油專業(yè)院校合作，協(xié)辦石油專業(yè)的學(xué)歷教育。
