中國華能北京熱電廠位于北京東郊,擔負北京市10%的供電、70%的供氣和30%的集中供熱任務,是中國首個同時具有煙氣脫硫、脫硝、二氧化碳捕集及城市中水利用的熱電冷三聯(lián)供燃煤電廠。
中國第一家二氧化碳捕集電廠。2008年7月16日,建設投產(chǎn)了國內(nèi)首個“燃煤發(fā)電廠年捕集二氧化碳3000噸試驗示范工程”,開啟了國內(nèi)燃煤電廠二氧化碳捕集的先河。
中國供熱容量最大的電廠。安裝了四臺熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)燃煤機組,裝機84.5萬千瓦,供熱能力1160百萬大卡/時,約占北京市集中管網(wǎng)供熱量的30%;供工業(yè)抽汽能力500噸/時,約占北京市用汽量的70%。二期擴建工程將建設兩臺30萬千瓦等級燃機“二拖一”燃氣-蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)供熱機組,計劃2011年投產(chǎn)。
中國熱轉換效率最高的電廠。全廠熱效率在60%以上,比常規(guī)的凝汽式電廠的熱效率高出約20個百分點,供暖期全廠熱效率可達84%,在國內(nèi)處于領先水平。
中國第一家利用城市污水的電廠。電廠投資5000余萬元建設了二級污水系統(tǒng),將城市污水處理后用作電廠循環(huán)冷卻水,年利用量達到1200萬立方米,相當于兩個北京頤和園昆明湖的儲水量。

Huaneng Beijing Cogeneration Power PlantChina Huaneng Beijing Cogeneration Power Plant lies in the east suburb of Beijing where it shoulders 10% of the power load, 70% of gas supply and 30% of the central heat supply of the city. It is the China’s first heat, power and cooling coal-fired cogeneration plant that undertakes flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, CO2 capture and urban intermediate water utilization.
China’s first coal fired power plant with CO2 capture: On Jul 16th, 2008, the first pilot project of coal-fired power plant with annual CO2 capture capacity of 3000t in China was complete and put into production, breaking the record of CO2 capture in the nation’s coal-fired power plants.
China’s power plant with the max heat capacity: Four coal-fired thermo-power cogeneration units have been installed with installed power of 845,000kW and provides a capacity of 1160 million kilocalorie/h of heat, accounting for about 30% of the capital’s central heat supply, and 500t/h of industrial extraction steam, accounting for 70% of the capital’s steam load. The expansion work in the second phase will incorporate two sets of “2-plus-1” gas-steam combined cycle generator units with 300000kW combustion engine, which expects to start production in 2011.
China’s power plant with the highest thermal conversion efficiency: The thermal efficiency across the plant is over 60%, about 20 percentage points above that of a conventional condensing power plant. The thermal efficiency across the plant can be as high as 84% during the heating season, taking the lead in China in this regard.
China’s first power plant utilizing urban sewage: More than 50 million yuan was used to invest in a secondary sewage system in the plant to treat the urban sewage and reuse it as the circulating cooling water for the plant.
